About Navidus Consulting

Navidus Consulting is a specialist change management consulting service led by Kieran Sheedy, bringing in expert independent collaborators where required.

What is it about us that is different?

Is Navidus a full services strategic change consultancy? No.

We specialise is fixing existing change programmes that are not going to plan. We aim to expose issues and deliver solutions through the existing project team. We measure our success by when we are no longer needed.

Our offer

Navidus will help you to unblock a change management project that is stuck. A quick but powerful Thinking Fix diagnostic will identify Thinking Patterns that are stopping progress. Then a Thinking Fix is applied to shift those patterns from blockers to drivers of project success.

The method is captured in the book, The Thinking Fix (published by Pearson Business in Autum 2026). Frankly, you might learn enough from reading the book to identify and solve your Thinking Patterns problem yourselves. If not, give Kieran Sheedy a call to go a bit deeper.

What Navidus will not do

We will not borrow your watch, tell you the time, and try to sell you a brand-new watch. Instead, we will find the grain of sand in the mechanism that is stopping your watch from working properly. We will also help you get that blockage out of there.

Where Navidus is not suitable

If you need a whole pool of expert resources to support your team in a large change project ─ we can suggest where you should look.

If you are at Project start-up phase and you are defining objectives and establishing the business case ─ we have some ideas of who might be helpful.

If you are selecting tools and solutions to address an identified problem ─ we might know somebody useful, it depends on what you are trying to do.

If you are experimenting with AI ─ we use AI a lot and believe it has huge potential. This potential will be realised through intelligent and strategic change management. If you are only at the experimenting stage with AI, we can tell you why you should probably move on to implementation.
