For well known companies across a range of industries, like Vodafone, BP, and Debenhams, we have delivered measurable improvements in the performance of teams. Sometimes by deploying new technologies, sometimes by ensuring that existing solutions are used to their full potential. We understand technology including Cloud from the perspective of users and managers, and we have experience in establishing national and international Shared Services capabilities - both internally and externally (via outsourcing).

Change in any business is prompted by the drive to realise benefits. Our method begins with a hypothetical benefits case based on our expert outsiders' viewpoint. This viewpoint is advised by many years experience in designing and delivering business benefits, tuned to take account of the potential of Cloud Business Services.
This benefits case is then tested and refined until it becomes an agreed business case defined by a delivery project plan. The realisation of these benefits is then tracked through the project by focusing on measures of success which have been agreed at the outset.
The governance of new Cloud Business Services needs to be fully integrated with existing processes and systems, from the design stage through to operations. Our governance models are evolved from proven templates in both Operations and IT governance to address the special challenges that Cloud Business Services create in terms of scope and new risks.
Our team have acted as programme managers as well as sitting on the boards of major transformation projects in a variety of industries. We understand governance from both sides and are experienced in the practicalities of senior stakeholder management across diverse business functions.
Impacting the Back Office and the Front Office
In some industries, like Healthcare and Insurance, front office Cloud implementatios are already quite common. This trend will continue, eventually affecting all industries.
